We are representing an industry leading $3B consumer products company whose HR organization is actively seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards). This individual will report to the Vice President of Human Resources who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP! POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President of HR, this candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of compensation and benefit programs inclusive of plan changes and improvements as needed.
Candidate will be responsible for the management and further development of the annual merit and bonus process
Responsible for Executive Compensation packages by evaluating market competition and equity parameters to ensure Executive retention
Candidate will have autonomy as it pertains to the development of employee health and wellness programs.
Manages full suite of employee benefit programs inclusive of workers compensation, retirement, life, disability, COBRA, leave, etc.
Develops and implements enterprise compensation structure inclusive short and long term incentive plans
Develops communication for employee Total Rewards Program
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of "Total Rewards" functional ownership (includes but not limited to Compensation and Benefits leadership)
Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred for consideration
Strong working knowledge of governmental regulations (ADA, FMLA, COBRA, etc..)
