Assistant Manager - 137

Captain Jay's is hiring both full-time and part-time Assistant Managers at multiple locations in Metro Detroit, with growth into General Manager positions! We are currently looking for experienced food service managers who will empower and lead their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We always want to promote a productive, respectful team environment through a motivated leader. Managers are responsible for the operations of their store and supervision of their staff with full knowledge of Captain Jay's operational standards and must be able to demonstrate and teach these standards to others. Managers are responsible for delivering top-quality food and clean surroundings for their team and guests. Captain Jay's offers comprehensive hands-on training for our managers to ensure long-term success! We pride ourselves on the support, growth, and opportunities we can provide our managers both in and outside of work.

Wage: $14 - $18 an hour

Responsibilities

Creating schedules for all team members and managers based on labor budgets

Control P&L costs

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Increase sales by ensuring a clean store, great quality food, and exceptional customer service

Oversee stock and day-to-day and long-term store operations

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

For your convenience, Captain Jay’s Fish & Chicken also offers the service of frying your fresh poultry and seafood with an additional minimal cost. Our mission is to not only provide our customers with the freshest produce, poultry, and seafood, but also offer different services and additional core products in our mini mart in order to create a comprehensive experience which will ease the lives of our customers.
