What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Associate position at Captain Kidds?
Full time or part time stock person needed for busy wine/beer/liquor store located in Deale,Maryland. Position consists of stocking and assisting customers. Requires an energetic individual who is hard working, friendly, adaptable, reliable and trustworthy. Would prefer the applicant to have experience in retail and knowledge of wine and spirits. The candidate should have flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Job Functions
- Check in merchandise from truck.
- Label and/or apply merchandise sales tags if necessary to merchandise.
- Restock shelves that require re-stocking.
- Rearrange the stockroom to make room for new orders.
- Ensure that merchandise is taken care of properly.
- Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized.
- Heavy lifting required.
- Greet and assist customers that are nearby.
