Director of Housekeeping

Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! VMB manages 14 resorts; we are looking for self-motivated and energetic people to join us at Captain's Quarters Resort! Captain's Quarters is an ocean front property strategically located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates must possess an eye for detail and the desire to exceed guest expectations.

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Management experience required
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company approved spreadsheets and word processing
• Must be able to budget department expenses and projection of costs
• IQware software experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Two years prior housekeeping management experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity
• High school math level required
