Capture 3D, Inc., is the premiere provider of the industry leading Zeiss GOM 3D non-contact scanning and inspection solutions. We have an immediate opening to expand our team. This opportunity is in our Cornelius North Carolina office. We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrative Assistant and Receptionist who will support the office, sales, and marketing team in travel booking, ordering, researching, identifying potential leads, and assisting as the first point of contact for affiliates and clients of our firm.

The Sales Operations Administration and Receptionist is a key and important multi-tasking role at Capture 3D. You will be the go-to for local office support and help in bringing our teams together with organized processes and workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet visitors and answer multi-line MS Teams business phone system
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure organization and corporate uniformity
  • Book travel related items (i.e. flights, hotel and rental cars)
  • Prepare office, facility, rooms, and organize catering for meetings, events, and/or training classes
  • Create and update records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Order office supplies and inventory to maintain or expand stock
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Main contact for building, facility, and asset maintenance
  • Process customer orders for consumable items
  • Works with marketing and sales engineers teams to research potential leads for engagement
  • Performs other duties as assigned to help various teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates equivalent education or minimum of 2 years experience in administration and planning, experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook & Excel
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM applications a plus
  • Experience in supporting accounting and/or sales/marketing departments
  • Professional and positive attitude, appearance, and good communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to comprehensively understand date and process elements, sources and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meet required qualifications to work with ITAR designated data
