Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful service center.
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and overhaul vehicles . You must be comfortable using the center’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturers' and industry standards
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Accurately record work times, problems, and activities in computerized systems
- Assist to improve service center procedures related to work order processing & documentation
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communications skills required
- Courteous, respectful, cooperative; work well with team members to meet common goals
- Associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training program preferred
- Automotive Service Excellence or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certifications preferred
