Role: Production Supervisor

Job Objective:

Optimal usage of personnel, materials and the assigned production area to succeed in achieving company's goals while following environmental and occupational safety regulations. Responsibility for quality, personnel, productivity, budget and the assignment for increasing the production departments performance according to agreed KPI's and lean projects.

Description Of Main Tasks

• Operative support of the implementation of the strategy for the plant within the field of activity, supporting the implementation of the CCPS
• Frequent attunement with the production planning department in order to assure an efficient product manufacturing
• Preparation and organization of internal and external audits
• Participation and implementation of improvement projects and training actions
• Conducting the whole operative personnel planning (vacation assignment and need of contract workers including the assurance of the employee's quantity and quality)
• Functional (disciplinary) leadership of the teamleaders
• Responsibility for the adherence of all legal, regulatory or company related guidelines within the assigned area

Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics
• 3 – 6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector
• First practical work experience in an international environment
• First leadership experience
• Acts absolutely independent within own area of responsibility, takes over responsibility for complying of the budget-, quality- and target settings, analyses deviations, defines and implements sustainable correction- and optimization measures
• SAP skills on an advanced level, basic MS Office skills
• English language on A1 – A2 level (beginner knowledge, person is able to communicate in basic, simple and routine situations)
• Local language on C1 – C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
