Card Market is a plastic card printer seeking Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking orders from customers via phone and e-mail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer service, sales, marketing, and administrative.

CustomerService Duties:

· Directly responsible for taking new job orders from customers. Will be responsible for answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

· Must be able to quote jobs based on predetermined pricing models.

· Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.

· Must be able to process a high volume of orders with a high level of accuracy.

· Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues.

· Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of meeting a high level of customer service.

· Handles business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.

· Communicates with customers using e-mails and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.

· Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required

· Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Customer Service Job Skills

· Strong communication and computer skills

· Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

· Ability to multitask

· Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately

· Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

· Possess strong problem solving skills

Customer Service Job Experience

· Minimum 3 year prior experience preferred

Experience in the printing industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
