Job Description: Job Summary: Provide a brief (4 or 5 sentence) description of the role; why the job exists and what it is to accomplish. The function of the HCP Consulting Specialist is to manage CSI’s HCP consulting process across the organization. Collaboration across functions including Legal and Compliance will be critical function of this role. This role will be responsible for alignment of CSI HCP Consulting services across the organization – including advising and supporting cross functional identification of services, review and auditing of requests for HCP consultant services. This person also manages the CSI Faculty nomination and committee process - managing Faculty information, agreements and utilization metrics across both US and International Faculty. This role will also be integral in gathering metrics for the professional education group for key business initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: HCP Consulting Center of Excellence Implement centralized HCP consulting process and function in partnership with Compliance and Legal functions. Serve as functional liaison to Legal, and Compliance regarding HCP contracting to ensure full compliance with all statutes, laws, guidelines, policies and procedures Manage CSIs Business Needs Assessment process, collaborate with function leaders in the annual renewal and approval process Oversee organizations HCP consulting agreement process: Review requests for HCP consulting agreements and services Determine cross-functional alignment and needs for HCP consulting services Audit HCP Request Forms submitted by Functions confirming alignment to approved BNA’s and executed consulting agreements Monitor consulting agreement status Act as advisor for organization on HCP consulting process developing communications, training and performance metrics. Respond to questions or inquiries related to HCP consulting process from functions. Professional Education Analytics –Process lead Lead the process and integrate key metrics as determined by VP of professional education to the Quarterly Business Review presentations Assist in gathering cross functional information on domestic and international professional education leading metrics as defined by business leaders Participate in the strategy to increase Fellows touchpoint to include documentation in SF, participation in lead follow-up and development of Pardot Strategy. Professional Education Faculty Relations - Management and Coordination: Manage Professional Education Faculty data and information across all CSI systems and processes US and International Faculty Physician Profiles and Bios Faculty Records in CRM and transfer of data to CSI Physician Profiler Tool Development and reporting of Faculty utilization metrics and trends Maintain International Proctor Lists for local geography proctors Faculty Review Committee Organize Faculty Review Committee meetings and reference resources. Record committee decision and designation decisions of committee. Work with Prof Ed mangers to communicate decision to customers and align on certification and training plans and events Faculty Certification & Event Management Event management for Faculty Certification both in person and virtual events Maintain certification and training records for all Faculty members Act as Medical Affairs Functional Representative for HCP consulting process for CSI Faculty and Medical Affairs Advisors Fellows Event Management Support Upon request this position will assist in managing events on an as needed basis. Coverage may be requested but not limited to help cover in times of vacation and/or high workload volume of the Event Team. Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding HCP consulting processes and compliance regulations Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving and process development skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to handle confidential information, exercising good judgment with discretion and attention to pertinent detail(s). A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think and act pro-actively, to ensure process adherence along with capture of all required data and documentation proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, healthcare professionals and field-based employees.
