About The Team

The recruiting team at Cardlytics plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's growth and success. The team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various functional areas. We work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. Our team leverages innovative sourcing techniques, conducts comprehensive candidate evaluations, and ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. About The Position

We're seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Talent Partner to join our high-impact recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who prioritizes quality over quantity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong judgment and a commitment to excellence in talent acquisition. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Cardlytics by attracting and securing top-tier talent.

Location: USA Remote

Duration: 3-month contract to permanent position

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across key business functions, including finance, sales, legal, people operations, and analytics teams, ensuring the acquisition and retention of top talent to support the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to effectively source, engage, and evaluate candidates.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide strategic insights on talent market trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job descriptions to offer negotiations.
  • Continuously optimize our recruitment processes to enhance both efficiency and candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Deep understanding of various roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, leveraging influence to drive successful hiring outcomes and foster long-term talent engagement.
  • Track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to make data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Passion for creating an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Experience with both established tech companies and startups is a plus.
