POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Project Manager directly supports the CEO and the executive staff through a variety of corporate projects and multi-department teams. His/her primary objective is to ensure the CEO’s strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and expeditiously. This often requires serving as an intermediary between the CEO and the executive staff. The Executive Project Manager is expected to initiate projects with independence, with an aptitude for anticipating the CEO’s next step and overcoming obstacles.
This individual will have access to and knowledge of multiple initiatives including 10X Health System, Cardone Equity Group, and 10X Buy Sell Due Diligence. These corporate projects require a high level of business acumen, understanding of due diligence and private equity funds. The Executive Project Manager will assist with new initiative strategy development, collaborate with internal teams and external contacts, and take the lead in the development and follow-through of project plans, ensuring accountability and successful outcomes.

OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the CEO’s strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and expeditiously
- Independently charter projects, overcome roadblocks, and see projects through to completion within deadlines
- Ensure CEO projects, potential partnerships, and client work are all logged, prioritized, and supported until completion
- Serve as a professional and tactful intermediary between the CEO and executive staff
- Provide strategic counsel to teams on creative approach, execution, quality standards, timing and ensure they stay on task
- Represent the CEO and executives with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, maturity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), fostering genuine relationships and inspiring trust in the organization
- Liaison between all departments and at all levels within the organization, tracking any outstanding action items to completion and confidently moving projects forward
- Leverage G-Suite programs, HubSpot, Asana, and other technology to accomplish tasks, with a strong willingness to learn new software and workflows if needed.
- Follow applicable processes and procedures as well as write and maintain processes for their own responsibilities.

- Self-starter who is working independently and with minimal supervision.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain poise, professionalism, and positivity at all times
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support the occasional local client events or special projects.
- Ability to respond to texts, emails, and calls from the CEO, executives, staff, and clients outside of standard office hours.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- 7 years’ work experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Corporate Project Manager
- High level of business acumen and knowledge around due diligence, M&A, private equity
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel - up to 15%

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
