Research Assistant (Freelance)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting Phone/Virtual Interviews: Perform phone or virtual interviews to gather research data, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in information collection.
- Leading Group Discussions: Actively participate in and lead group discussions or focus groups, aimed at gathering insights for research projects.
- Data Compilation and Reporting: Compile findings from interviews and discussions, and present them clearly to the lead researcher for further analysis.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis involving visiting websites and social profiles of clients' competitors, compiling findings, and providing an analytical summary.
Accountability:
- Data Collection Quality: Accountable for the quality of data collected during interviews and group discussions.
- Timely Reporting: Responsible for timely submission of findings and reports to the lead researcher.
- Accuracy in Analysis: Ensure accuracy and relevance in competitive analysis tasks.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality of Data Collected: Effectiveness in collecting comprehensive and relevant data from interviews and discussions.
- Timeliness of Deliverables: Punctuality in providing findings and reports to the lead researcher.
- Depth of Competitive Analysis: The thoroughness and insightfulness of competitive analysis conducted.
- Client Feedback: Positive feedback from clients and lead researchers on the quality and usefulness of research support provided.
