Job Overview: Care Choice Home Care is seeking a full-time Staffing and Service Coordinator who will be integral to our staffing operations and general office management. This role combines the responsibilities of ensuring efficient staffing strategies and maintaining high standards of administrative operations. Primary Responsibilities:
- Staffing and Scheduling:
- Identify staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to meet company needs.
- Prepare and enforce work schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Monitor employee performance, manage daily staffing logistics, and coordinate with HR on job vacancies and scheduling issues.
- Maintain meticulous records of employee hours for accurate compensation.
- Office Administration:
- Handle general office duties, including answering calls, filing, and managing the company email.
- Ensure operational materials such as admission and applicant packets are prepared and accessible.
- Setup and prepare for orientations, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Implement and monitor online marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Maintain and update patient care databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Proactively address inefficiencies and safety issues, taking leadership in problem resolution.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client care and community relationships.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Minimum two years of experience in administrative roles, with preference given to those with staffing experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency in personal computer use, especially Microsoft Excel and/or GoogleDocs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven accuracy in tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective business correspondence.
- Knowledge of compliance areas such as privacy regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing multiple databases.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Frequent communication (talking and listening).
- Prolonged periods of data entry, standing, walking, sitting, and other physical activities.
- Occasional requirement to handle loads through lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling.
