Care Hospice is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our dynamic West Division Hospice Sales Teams. As the driving force behind our sales operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy, fostering collaboration, and ensuring outstanding results. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice leader that has multi-site/multi-state management experience, a passion for hospice, and a strong sales background.
*Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of time in the assigned market - West Division (AR, AZ, CA, NM, OK, & TX).

Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and mentoring to the sales teams across various territories, guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, from healthcare professionals to community organizations, to enhance our network and reach.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
- CRM Champion: Understanding the importance of timely and accurate documentation, you will lead by example and demonstrate the power of our CRM/Marketing software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related degree required.
- Extensive experience (5 years) in the hospice industry, including progressive leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of hospice & Medicare/Medicaid regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams across multiple locations and growing local or regional patient census.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse sales teams to meet and exceed their goals.
- Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of the time in assigned markets (AR, AZ, CA, NM, OK, & TX)
