Care Indeed is hiring compassionate and motivated Caregivers and Home Care Aides to provide top-quality care to our clients.
 

We're looking for an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to provide excellent care to our senior clients. The caregiver will provide daily living assistance, plan and follow a care schedule with clients, and monitor and report on the client's condition among others

We are looking for a kind and passionate Caregivers and Home Care Aides to work in healthcare facilities or patients' homes to provide care for them. A Caregiver will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.

• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. We're also looking for individuals that are compassionate, trustworthy and service-minded.
• Must have a smartphone for clock in/out and communication
• Good communication skills
• With valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must love seniors!

IV. Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

You will assist with activities of daily living which may include the following:

• Providing physical support for patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing up, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising
• Ensuring patients receive an appropriate diet
• Reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
• Obtaining information from physicians, caregivers and nurses
• Track patients' condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities
• Report changes to medical or nursing staff.
• Observe and record patients' behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

Salary:

• $23-$25/hour
