Care Initiatives is currently hiring a Director of
Nursing (DON) at Heritage Specialty Care, a 201 bed Skilled Nursing Facility,
located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

What it takes:
Current registration and licensure in the state
of Iowa as an RN.
Must be in good standing with the Board of
Nursing.
Current, valid CPR Certification.
Knowledge of federal and state long-term care
regulations and laws.
Prior ADON or DON experience required.
Adhering to federal regulations, we will request a
