Care Matters Registry is a small business in Westminster, CO. RN owned an operated. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Raise the bar in Senior care. We are a full service, one stop provider for seniors and their families. We provide services such as Advocacy, Nursing, Case Management (navigation), Caregiver referrals, Relocation/Placement, End of Life, and resource connections. As your loved ones needs change, we are there to be your guide through the journey of “where do we go from here.

Seeking a new career path or looking for a position to supplement a full-time job? As a Caregiver Entrepreneur with Care Matters Registry, LLC, you'll have the unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor, serving older adults under a client-directed care model. You'll provide vital support to seniors in and Independent Living community. You will upon completion of instruction. Meet the new clients complete the intake which sets the care that will be provided and then you will work directly with and for the clients you bring onto care. This will allow them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life, allow them to stay independent longer and also be an asset to the community. This position is for a self starter who is competent, experienced and offers the freedom of entrepreneurship while delivering valuable care services to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a self started, be able to follow instruction and work autonomously.

• Provide personalized care to older adults, assisting with activities of daily living and any other duties agreed upon between you and the client.
• Foster a strong client-caregiver relationship, emphasizing the client's preferences and choices in their care.
• Collaborate with clients, care staff and families to develop customized care plans that cater to individual needs and goals.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while delivering care.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Caregiving experience is a MUST and experience working in a community environment.
• Have your own Professional Liability Insurance by start date.
• Must be a self-starter and embrace the entrepreneurial spirit.
• Compassion, patience, and a dedication to improving the lives of older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Both in written and verbal form.
• A reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background and CAPS check and provide professional references

This is a 1099 position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week

• Aurora, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
