Responsibilities :
- Accountable for the total operation of the apartments in compliance with applicable state and local regulations as well as the Creative Solutions White Glove Program .
- Implement established company policies and procedures, and develop and maintain compatible facility policies that are fairly and consistently applied with company, state, and federal guidelines.
- Market apartment services to appropriate family and community services and identify staff members’ marketing responsibilities.
- Build an effective team to address and facilitate efficient day-to-day operating functions of the facility.
- Assist in phone management as needed.
- Assist residents, family members, visitors, and staff with concerns, complaints, and generalized issues.
- Initiate and complete the admission of a tenant to the apartment.
- Complete the apartment walk-through sheet before showing the apartment, with new tenants before they move into the apartment, and after the new tenants leave.
- Post all apartment maintenance concerns on Maintenance Care
- Assist with conducting activities when available.
- Other duties as assigned by the administrator.
