Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads and Canva preferred.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to details.
Must approach each job task with enthusiasm and leadership.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be customer service centered.
Detailed proofreader with excellent organizational skills.
Completion of ICHAT check, National and State Sex Offender Registry Check.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours and days (morning and evenings).
Must be comfortable working with people seeking recovery from substance use, embrace a trauma informed approach to services and respect the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Essential Job Functions:

Independently complete quality work to meet deadlines.
Ensure consistent branding and high-quality while representing CARE.
Participate in the development of all agency community events with program staff and ensure the event execution meets quality standards while representing the mission of CARE.
Ensure agency communications and written materials are free of spelling and grammatical errors.
Coordinate and organize agency's marketing efforts for digital platforms, print, and social media. This includes, but not limited to, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, flyers, social media.
Ensure CARE branding is accurately maintained and publicly represented.
Manage social media accounts; demonstrating the ability to be innovative and diligent in social media content management.
Maintain monthly marketing scorecard that measures impact on social media presence, website and in the media.
Complete monthly newsletter for community stakeholders.
Assist in media relations (press releases, contacting local media outlets and building relationships).
Participate in agency budget development and monitoring related to the scope of the position.
Co-manage the agency's website. Work with a team to accomplish timely updates and changes as needed.
Assist in volunteer coordination and management as well as administrative support as needed.
