Essential Job Responsibilities
Marketing
Assist with the planning and placement of digital and print signage and activities to establish and maintain brand presence at health centers.
Assist with event planning and coordination (internal and external) and communicate with staff and vendors as needed.
Support marketing initiatives including but not limited to recording, photoshoots, events, interviews, testimonials, and content production.
Oversee product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Gather data on campaign success, often through collecting ads traffic, analytics, and community feedback.
Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects.
Work collaboratively within the Marketing and Development department, and externally with other applicable departments in the development and delivery of targeted marketing efforts.
Motion Graphics
Prepare videos for launch by uploading to various storage and social media sites with titles, descriptions, hashtags, keywords.
Coordinate and place video and display advertisements on Google ADs with budget, demographics and run times.
Maintain and organize health center advertisements and original footage library for archives.
Assist in editing videos using various platforms.
Address edits and revisions to animation, color, and audio elements, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines.

Physical Requirements
This work requires the following physical activities: constant hearing/ visual acuity. Frequent sitting, talking in person, and talking on the phone. Occasional walking, driving, standing, and stretching/reaching. Work is performed in office, community, and social settings.
Other
Participates in health center developmental activities as requested. Other duties as assigned. Candidate has the ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in Marketing and has copywriting, editing, and video production experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual highly desired. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of healthcare marketing. Work is performed in office setting.
Travel Requirements and Details:
Occasional Travel to all health centers locations to oversee brand and signage integrity and to organize staff for videos or photos.
Education:
Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum two years’ experience in marketing and communications (healthcare focus preferred). Up to date on the latest digital technologies. Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), Vegas, Hitfilm Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
