Travel LPN Position

Job Description

Care Team Solutions is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to fill a travel position in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts.
