Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - CNA - Med/SurgJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience to join our Med/Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of each individual under their care.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Administer medications and treatments2. Monitor patients' vital signs and condition3. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members4. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers5. Perform wound care and other nursing procedures6. Educate patients and families on healthcare needs7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures9. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff10. Provide emotional support and comfort to patientsQualifications and Skills:1. Valid RN license and CNA certification2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting3. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities5. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment6. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems7. BLS and ACLS certifications8. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends9. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism10.
