Recruiting Officer
Job Summary:
The Recruiting Officer is responsible for the entire employee’s orientation and training and assuring proper documentation of personnel files are intact in the employee file cabinet. Ensure that ALL employee I-9 are filed in a separate folder and file cabinet are locked
Responsible for training all staff and assures location are “survey ready” at all times.
Organizational Relationship: Reports directly to the Agency Director
Risk Of Occupational Exposure To Blood Borne Pathogens: C: no exposure

Responsibilities:
· Reach out to all applicants via Facebook, Linked, really or any other agency hiring platforms and communicate and send them application links
· Completes Step 4: All employee’s orientation and training and ensure proper documentation, and all the personnel files are intact in the employee file cabinet, and assures locations are “survey ready” at all times.
· Ensure that ALL employee I-9 are filed in a separate folder and file cabinet are locked
· Communicates, when necessary, with Agency Director and Care Academy to update PA state in-services requirements
· Ensure every employee training/Inservice is activated and updated in Axiscare
· Complete all employee’s disciplinary actions, incident report, 90days and annual evaluations and submit them to the agency Director for approval
· When the agency Director approves employee raise, complete all employee’s salary review form, file in their manila folder and update Axiscare and notify the payroll manager about the rate changes to she can update employee Paychex
· Enforces the Agency’s disciplinary process without prejudice or discrimination
· Responsible for the initial management of employee grievances
· Cooperates with Scheduling Manager regarding investigation of Consumer complaints/concerns. Remains calm, non-defensive and helpful in finding appropriate resolution.
· Also, work alongside with other team members to ensure departments run smoothly
· Re-enforces HIPAA compliance with field staff and office personnel.
· Takes Oncall as assigned
· Files all calls, and document all calls timely in Axiscare, and efficiently keeping all HIPAA information secured.
· Officiate all Job Fair
· Take employee photos, upload photos in Axiscare and ensure all employees has ID bags
· Participates in the Quality Assurance Program and compliance,and actively encourages employee recognition program.
· Reports all complaints and/or problems related to off hour issues (answering service) or On-call
· Prints and verify all employee’s staff paperwork for accuracy/completeness and on time submit to Agency Director for final verification.
· Submits written time requests 2 weeks or more in advance of planned time off.
· Is productive and uses time efficiently.
· Follows instructions, is punctual and attendance is acceptable.
· Cooperates with Agency director and other supervisors, including consumers/family members, caregivers, and other team members effectively and professionally
· Is self-reliant and plans appropriately.
· Shows interest, asks questions, seeks information and able to accept corrective criticism
· Pick up Direct Care Worker call offs as needed
· Actively works to encourage departmental growth (networking).
· Performs other duties as assigned.
