ADP Project Manager (Contract)

CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients.
We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager to oversee the transition from PEO to ADP Workforce Now for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project timeline, ensuring that project milestones are achieved, and ensuring that the transition is completed on time and within budget.
This is a six to eight-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on project needs. If you are an experienced ADP Project Manager who is up for the challenge of overseeing a complex ADP transition project, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides day to day project execution: providing direction for issue resolution, support teams in risk definition/mitigation, provide project scope details, develop, and implement project execution plan.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the PEO, ADP, HR team, Payroll team, and other relevant departments not limited to Legal and IT
  • Facilitate communication between all parties to ensure that the project stays on track and that issues are addressed promptly
  • Manage the implementation of ADP Workforce Now, ensuring that all data is migrated accurately, and that the system is configured correctly
  • Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
  • Ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed-upon time frame and budget
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management
  • Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives through drawing from past payroll and benefits, 401(k) experience, product and legislative knowledge evaluates, assesses and recommends solutions to question / issues surfaced from client, and internal departments regarding the implementation.
  • Work with Senior Leadership and Executive team to call out risks, issues and opportunities across the business
  • On-site visits during the initial discovery phase
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a related field such as HR or payroll
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and experience with PEO transitions including 401(k) conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
