Job Summary
As a Contracting Project Manager, you will:

Work on all aspects of construction projects with responsibility for project execution
-
Work with a team to complete objectives in a given time frame with available resources.

Be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of projects and accountable for assigned scope of work, schedule and budget.

Enable Trane Technologies to focus on solutions that provide our customers with the most energy-efficient buildings.
As a part of your onboarding and development you will attend the Trane Technologies Contracting Project Management Graduate Training Program, you will learn from experts in the field, who are committed to preparing you for a rewarding career in Contracting Project Management. GTP provides you with intensive technical, business, and leadership training, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. In this program, you will:

Attend lectures and technical presentations that are practical for this career

Hear about "real world" projects from Trane Technologies managers.

Complete meaningful assignments; and participate in individual and team projects.

Complete the program with the skillset and confidence to lead your local sales office as a full-time Contracting Project Manager.
Compensation Information:

Base Pay: $68,500
-
Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the training.

Qualifications
-
Possess a bachelor’s degree. Strongly preferred: Strongly preferred Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent degree. Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.

Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:

DUI in the previous 3 years

Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
