Key Responsibilities: Building an organizational framework for Technology Finance: - Lead team in building structure and new ways of working that align with Agile methodologies.
- Manage backlog, JIRA, confluence, for ongoing deliverables.
- Build efficient processes for operational workload.
Executive reporting: - Facilitate central reporting of key OKRs/updates to companies leadership
- Assist in the Design, Build and Coordination of the initial reporting framework
- Work with product line’s stakeholders to address standardized and requirements
- Facilitate the timely creation of the monthly cross product reporting
- Review existing processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices
Supplementary Activities - Big Rocks: Lead project management from project start through project completion for special ad hoc projects for Digital F&BM.
- Agility: Lead projects for organizational changes associated with the introduction of Agile and Product Aligned Architecture
- Coordination and support of key forums across the product teams.
- Business Management and oversight of day-to-day operations for our CFO - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various products. This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions.
