- Monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in real estate finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate finance, multi-family exp. preferred
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with relevant real estate software and data analysis tools (e.g., ARGUS, CoStar) is a plus.
