Career Start is currently seeking Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Akon, NY. To be considered for the Assembler positions, candidates must have at least 1 years' experience with production assembly. The Assembler will be responsible for using tape measures and various power tools to assemble rolling doors.
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Assembly operations on rolling doors to create consistent quality products
- Organize and track stock of assembly parts
- Maintain organized workstation and proper condition of equipment and maintaining a proper work flow
- Ability to troubleshoot as needed
Requirements of the Assembler:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years experience in production assembly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and identify issues relating to parts and assembly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.03 - $21.60 per hour
