Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage projects using formal tools for quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions and project meetings.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate problem resolution and manage project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and regulations; Visit customer sites.
Requirements of the Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- PMI certification or relevant experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of industry equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
