What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Dispatcher position at Career Strategies Inc?
We are seeking a CSR/Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors
• Assisting customers with small parts purchases or fabrication requests
• Receive and field phone calls and emails
• Provide basic troubleshooting to customers
• Manage Intermedia phone messages and voice menus
• Maintain office area upkeep including requesting supplies as needed
• Filing and maintenance of Accounts Payable
• Customer data management throughout QuickBooks desktop, and Service Titan Filed Management
• Coordinating service department scheduling and job preparation including reminders
• Monitoring work order completion and follow ups
• Assisting with general filing and follow up as needed
• Report discrepancies to direct superior for correction
• Closing shop at the end of the day
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
