Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. is announcing the part time opening for a PA CareerLink® Butler County Site Administrator. We are a proven leader in providing high-quality workforce programs and career services to residents of the Tri-County Area.
This position reports to the Tri-County Workforce Operator. Position is responsible for managing, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of programs and services provided through the PA CareerLink® Butler County for job seekers and employers. Occasional travel to conferences, trainings, and meetings.
- In accordance with governance, assists in the coordination of PA CareerLink® services to facilitate the seamless provision of services to job seekers and business clients.
- Serves as a staff resource to the Tri-County Workforce Development Board (TCWDB), as well as liaison between the Operator and program service providers.
- Participates in fiscal management of the PA CareerLink® Butler County. Provides input into the budget, oversees the preparation of budget requests, and monitors expenditures and costs relating to the current budget. Prepares and submits invoices accurately and timely to fiscal for processing.
- Represents the PA CareerLink® on various boards and committees. Promotes and markets PA CareerLink® activities and services to the public, employers and civic groups.
- Responds to compliance matters regarding state, federal, city, and county laws, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to PA CareerLink® services.
- Maintains records relative to performance, customer needs and data to analyze and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Assists in the preparation and presentation of timely reports as required.
- Maintains effective working relationship with local business community to increase employer utilization of PA CareerLink® products and services.
- Provides functional supervision of assigned personnel while engaged in PA CareerLink@ activities and duties.
- Facilitates teams and other work groups to discuss problem areas and generally improve operations and increase customer satisfaction.
Four-year degree and experience in a related field preferred.
