Job Title: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Meridian Center - High Point, NC - 27262

Duration : :. 2 months (09 weeks/possibilities of extension)

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM / 3:00 PM 11:30 PM /11:00 PM 7:30 AM / 6:45 AM 3:00 PM

Pay range : $30 to $34/hr on W2 (without benefits)

Job description:

  • Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
  • Administering medication.
  • Communicating changes in patient behaviour or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

  • BLS (AHA), LPN certificate & license required for NC state.
  • 2 years of LPN experience required.
