Summer Sales & Leadership - NATION WIDE for College-aged candidates
Southwestern Advantage is America's oldest sales and leadership program for college students, founded in 1868. We help college students of all majors gain the personal and professional skills they need for any career path. This is an outside sales position where students will learn how to run their own small business, can pay down their educational expenses, and gain valuable experience. Upon graduation many participants choose to become sales leaders with Southwestern Advantage, which serves as a training ground for talented top-producers who stay long-term. Many of these leaders launch and lead other businesses that make up Southwestern Family of Companies.
Students will have the opportunity to travel to another state. They receive over 100 hours of professional sales, leadership, and marketing coaching. Income is based solely on the profit made from the personal sales of products and is not guaranteed. Products offered to families by the students include educational apps, websites, books, and leadership material that help with at-home educational needs, from the ABCs to the SATs/ACTs. There is an optional 3 upper-level college credit courses available for Communications or Marketing through transfer from a four-year, accredited university. The ideal candidate will take over the following responsibilities and have these qualifications.
