Necessary Qualifications:VERY STRONG MICROSOFT EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-Knowledge of HRIS, creating reports a plus
-Ability to research internet and obtain data/information
-Ability to analyze data/information, summarize and present results
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Good customer service and problem solving skills
-B.A. in Business, HR or Associates degree with 1 – 3 years work experience
-prior/current HR experience preferred
Pay range $48k - $55k
