Roles & Responsibilities
This position is the leader responsible for our sales success beginning with lead management and marketing.
Primarily responsible for the results of lead management and marketing directly increasing sales revenue.
Included in this role is responsibility for directing and managing sales team members, client relationships and sales strategies. Thisgoal is achieved by providing leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values.
What You’ll Do
a. Evaluate current sales strategies
b. Develop and implement a plan to increase efficiencies throughout all associated departments.
c. Analyze current operational procedures in all associated departments.
d. Plan and deploy strategic solutions.
e. Lead company initiatives from the top down inclusive of all professionals throughout encompassing departments.
f. Enhance interdepartmental relationships and communication.
g. Create and execute sales strategies to surpass existing revenue and profit goals.
h. Collaborate closely with leadership team, integrator and c-level personnel.
i. Tightly integrate customer experience with agents.
j. Identify strategic business opportunities.
k. Cultivate awareness of company initiatives and core values.
l. Exemplify the company’s commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.
Measurements:
- Decrease in cost per contract and/or lead
- Increase net profitability through all sales channels
- Positive ratings from internal employee surveys
Summary of Responsibilities:
a. Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business sales strategy.
b. Set target metric with supporting KPI’s.
c. Contribute towards increased company revenue.
d. Develop and grow sales channels and team.
e. Work hand in hand with the Lead Management and Sales departments.
f. Develop and implement best practices for team personnel.
