Job Summary:

RNs have the opportunity to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patients' homes, senior living centers, and hospital/clinical settings. We offer various shifts including day, night, weekdays, and weekends – choose the shifts to fit your schedule.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) months of nursing experience
• Ability to communicate in English (Include Job Specific Bilingual Requirements)
• Active Nursing License/Certification
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to successfully complete background checks
• Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
• Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be required.
• Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed.

Salary:

• Individual compensation rates are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Duties:

• Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including administering and monitoring medications, developing care plans, taking vital signs, recognizing abnormalities, caring for wounds, and assisting patients with activities of daily living. RNs with specialty or filling specialty roles, will have additional duties and expectations under their nursing scope of practice.
• Communicates with the care team as needed.
• Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant documentation.
• Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required.
• Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
