Our company is seeking a Payroll Specialist. This position is ideal for someone with a background in office work including data entry, and will require excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to details and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Apply data entry procedures to maintain payroll records.
- Have knowledge of pay practices and trends in business, finance, and accounting.
- Make payments and record transactions.
- Download employee timesheets from email and record hours from the timesheets.
- Compile invoices for various clients after each payroll is submitted
- Perform human resources activities as needed.
- Calculate tax information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
