Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Performs select administrative duties
• Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves work problems
• May assist in the hiring and development of the clerical and clinical staff
• Ensures that patients are treated courteously by the office staff and that other visitors are screened and properly directed
• Maintains strict confidentiality

What qualifications you will need:

• One year of medical office experience is preferred
• Experience using an EHR system is beneficial

• To obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start

• Within 3 months of employment or promotion, must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification

The CareNow Urgent Care Clinic hours of operations are Monday through Saturday 8am – 8pm and Sunday 8am – 5pm. You must have the flexibility to work during those hours.
