What Youll Do
- Customer Engagement: Be the frontline of communication, handling inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Problem Solving: Assess and address customer needs, ensuring swift resolution of complaints and inquiries.
- Account Management: Maintain and manage customer accounts, keeping detailed records of interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborative Projects: Assist with special projects and coordinate with internal departments to enhance the client experience.
