ASAP has excellent opportunities for full-time Client Services Associates for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, with a professional and respectful attitude, efficient and able to prioritize tasks.
Pay Rate: $16 - $20 / hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Job Requirements The Client Services Associate will preferably possess a general understanding of the petrochemical, chemical, power generation, manufacturing, general industrial and construction safety and must be competent in general office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
The Client Service Associate will also possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge or technical aptitude, strong listening and oral communication skills as well as team orientation organizational skills.
