Temporary Unit Clerk Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the reception area
- Serve as an integral part of workflow for Nursing Stations
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, & hospitable manner
- Professionally administer all incoming calls
- Ensure phone calls are directed accurately
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Responsible for Inventory and Purchasing of Nursing Supplies
- Arrange transportation for clients for consultations
- Communicate with various physician offices to set up appointments
- Customer Service Oriented
- Transfer calls
- Data Entry
- Monitor visitor sign in/sign out book
- Monitor reception area
- Other various Clerk duties
Pay
