Risk Adjustment Market Account Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Risk Adjustment Provider Engagement Specialist is responsible for being the subject matter expert and main point of contact for the Risk Adjustment Provider Engagement Programs. Essential Functions: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and main point of contact for the Risk Adjustment Provider Engagement Programs Attend Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings with provider groups, present risk adjustment data, act as a SME for the risk adjustment provider engagement programs and risk adjustment components within Value Based Reimbursement (VBR) arrangements Manipulate existing reporting tools to create provider group specific reports for Risk Adjustment engagement activities Provide oversight and recommendations on the creation of new Risk Adjustment Provider Scorecard dashboards Develop and prepare materials and presentations needed for provider JOC’s both in the office and virtually Act as a SME for the Provider Engagement In Office Assessment program and other similar programs Maintain high-level knowledge of department activities Perform any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience Four (4) years of experience in finance, risk adjustment, decision support, or other analytical role is required Risk Adjustment and Managed Care Experience preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Adobe Professional Ability to manipulate and interpret reports and data in a variety of formats including but not limited to: PowerBI, Excel and SSRS Presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Effective listening and critical thinking skills Effective problem solving skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism Maintain complete confidentiality, possess a professional demeanor, and exercise discretion at all times Licensure and Certification: Employment in this position is conditional pending successful clearance of a driver’s license record check. If the driver’s license record results are unacceptable, the offer will be withdrawn or, if employee has started employment in position, employment in the position will be terminated Working Conditions: Mobile Worker: This is a mobile position, meaning that regular travel to different work locations is essential. Will be exposed to weather conditions typical of the location and may be required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Reside in the same territory they are assigned to work in; exceptions may be considered, due to business need May be required to travel up to 75% of time to perform work duties.
