What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Aid position at CareSphere?
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting our patients with daily activities, including but not limited to, personal hygiene, grooming, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Help patients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in patient condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
