Feed Operator I is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. As a Feed Operator I associate you will be responsible for preparing feed to meet production requirements, all while making safety the number one priority and ensuring the cleanliness of the mill. This position requires the ability to read programs written in English that make feed and receive ingredients as well as being able to write and document feed information. This position may be trained as a backup for other positions in the mill, and may assist maintenance on the repair of manufacturing equipment as needed. While performing the duties of Feed Operator l, the employee is regularly exposed to a dusty/dry and hot to cold indoor/outdoor environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.

Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to complete Smith System Defensive Driver Course
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production/feed mill experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
