General Production is an important role to play in the daily operations of our facility. There are a variety of roles and responsibilities within this title. The types of roles available range from preparing raw product, cooking product in ovens, and packaging finished product. In this role you will be responsible for making sure we have quality product that is made to customer specifications and requirements. While performing the duties of General Production, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment. Positions require standing the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility.

- Performing repetitive and standardized assembly or packaging operations
- Following customer specifications
- Packaging finished product
- Cutting product to customer specifications
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older

- Previous Cargill Experience
- Production Experience
