Compensation: $24 - $29.10/h
Sign-On Bonus: $1500

Principal Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision and communicate the status of the equipment to maintenance management and other departments
- Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures in documenting what is issued out
- Using hand tools to perform maintenance on production machinery
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Responding to radio calls from other departments (production, food safety, safety, etc) for maintenance related actions
- Communicating with other departments and other maintenance shifts to ensure proper pass down of maintenance related issues to the next shift.
- Documenting daily work assigned on paper and also in the maintenance management system (SAP)
- All job duties may be revised by the supervisor when necessary to accommodate business needs. The descriptions are general guidelines of expectations but may not include all responsibilities of the position.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good communication skills – reading, verbal, and written.
- 2 years of Maintenance experience or completion of technical college degree in related field.
- Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints and other technical documents
- Basic understanding of electrical Fundamentals
- Basic computer skills including being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to lift 50 lbs at a time
- Ability to operate and set up machines using manuals
- Ability to troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions on production equipment and show mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a cold environment (40 degrees or less), for up to eight (8) hours per day
Preferred Qualifications
- Food Safety in a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience
- 5 years of Maintenance experience or completion of technical college degree in related field.
- Familiarity with SAP and maintenance scheduling software
- Ability to rebuild and repair pump valve cylinders, gear reducers, self-aligning bearings, and other related components
- Continuous work history in the last 12 months
