Job Purpose and Impact
The Payroll Specialist will provide human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. In this role, you will ensure efficient service center operations, technology and transactions. Key Accountabilities
Work under established guidelines to create standards and procedures to handle employee questions and transactions and administer human resource programs.
Coordinate services with the human resource information systems, program managers and technology specialists.
Support management of the organization's human resources.
With guidance, analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Contribute to analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations to improve organization's personnel policies and practices.
Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ADP Globalview (SAP Payroll)
Payroll certification
Experience with payroll process testing
Knowledge in year-end process and quarter end process
Experience in Reconciling
