Position Purpose
The Production IT Support - Nights position will provide technical support for Operations equipment. This will primarily focus on machines in the production areas such as bizerbas, TVIs, and water jets. This position will also report on these assets. Some limited general IT support tasks may be required as needed.
Principal Accountabilities
- Partner and collaborate within team to conduct tasks and meet customer needs
- Perform routine troubleshooting and technical maintenance on industrial production equipment
- Complete reporting on support tasks completed on equipment
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (between 33-36 degrees)
- Follow and execute on existing infrastructure strategies, process and systems
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Perform straightforward, first-level IT support tasks to install, configure and maintain operating system equipment and software
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college education
- Prior industrial meat industry work experience
