The Order to Cash Analyst position is a newly created opportunity that will support CarGurus' new product line offerings. This position will handle all of the day to day financial operations work and be a key piece in the success of a new Order to Cash process. They will also support both the implementation and stabilization of a new software for the product.
What you'll do
Gain a deep understanding of a newly implemented product line and its impact on our order to cash process.
Define and implement an operational end to end order to cash process for the new product line..
Handle all day-to-day Finance operations transactional work (Order review, Invoicing, Cash Application).
Perform the reconciliation of all orders, deals, and payments created within our financial system.
Track deals from the creation of orders through cash collection. Identify areas for potential automation.
Process all incoming payments in a timely manner. Ensure that customer account balances are maintained. Identify discrepancies between billing/payments and resolve directly with our customers.
Work with the Accounting department to provide monthly journal entries for all open AR and cash balances each month.
Work directly with our merchant provider to develop reporting, reconcile monthly settlements, and record all chargebacks.
Work cross functionally with multiple departments.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business administration or relevant equivalent experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of hands on experience in Finance Operations.
Experience with process definition and writing standard operating procedures is preferred.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Collaborates cross functionally without the need of direction
ERP, CRM, and Order management system experience (Netsuite, and Salesforce are a plus).
