- Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise when new products launch to create urgency and increase sales
- Train staff on how to direct sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to Regional Director as well as keeping consistent communication to corporate contacts on certain directives
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and cycle count as guided by upper management
- Ensure the store is secured at closing and opening procedures as well as being held accountable for bank securities
